Important Notes

Single Calendar Integration

  • Only one calendar integration can be active at a time
  • If you connect Microsoft Outlook, you'll need to disconnect Google Calendar (or vice versa)
  • This ensures clean data and prevents conflicts

User-Scoped Integration

  • Microsoft Outlook is a user-scoped integration
  • Each team member connects their own Outlook Calendar
  • Calendar events are private to each user
  • Admins cannot see other users' calendar events

Permissions

The integration requires the following Google Calendar permissions:

  • View Calendars: To see your available calendars
  • View Events: To read calendar events
