Creating Personalized Scenarios from Past Roleplays

Learn how AI-generated scenarios can automatically identify performance gaps and create targeted training based on your team's actual call data

Last updated: 9/5/2025

Personalized Scenarios are AI-generated training scenarios that automatically identify performance gaps from your calls and creates targeted training to address those specific weaknesses. This powerful feature turns your call history into actionable training opportunities.

What Are Personalized Scenarios?

Think of Personalized Scenarios as having a personal coach who watches your call, identifies what needs improvement, and creates custom training to address those specific areas.

💡 Note: Currently, Personalized Scenarios only analyze individual calls.

How Personalized Scenarios Work

Personalized Scenarios use the feedback and scoring data from your source call to automatically generate a tailored training scenario. The AI analyzes the call's evaluation results, identifies areas for improvement, and creates a scenario specifically designed to address those weaknesses.

  • Call Quality: Choose calls with good audio quality and complete conversations
  • Recent Data: Use calls from the last 30-90 days for current relevance
  • Representative Performance: Select calls that represent typical scenarios or challenges
  • Call Type: Consider whether you want to prescribe from a roleplay scenario or live call

  2. Provide a name and description for the scenario
  3. Select the call purpose and related configuration
  4. Click "Generate"

Step 4: Review and Use

Once generated, you can:

  • Review the Scenario: See how it targets the weaknesses from your source call
  • Play the Generated Scenario: Test the AI-created training scenario

Source Call Types: Roleplay vs Live Calls

Personalized Scenarios can be generated from two different types of source calls, each with distinct characteristics:

Roleplay Scenario Source Calls

When prescribing from a roleplay scenario call:

  • Controlled Environment: The original call was a practice scenario with a scripted AI buyer
  • Structured Feedback: Evaluation focuses on specific skills and techniques
  • Targeted Improvement: Generated scenarios address specific roleplay weaknesses
  • Practice-Oriented: The new scenario maintains a practice environment feel
  • Skill Building: Focuses on building fundamental sales skills and techniques

Live Call Source Calls

When prescribing from a live call:

  • Real-World Context: The original call was with an actual prospect or customer
  • Authentic Challenges: Feedback reflects real buyer behavior and objections
  • Practical Application: Generated scenarios mirror real-world sales situations
  • Realistic Scenarios: The new scenario incorporates authentic buyer responses
  • Performance Improvement: Focuses on improving actual sales performance

Choose your source call type based on your training objectives:

  • Roleplay sources are ideal for building foundational skills
  • Live call sources are perfect for improving real-world performance
