Track your team's performance and training progress with comprehensive analytics
Last updated: 10/8/2025
Analytics in Syrenn helps you understand how well your team is performing in their training scenarios and identify areas for improvement.
How Analytics Work
Analytics are based on scorecards - the evaluation criteria you use to assess performance in training scenarios. When team members complete scenarios, their performance is scored using your scorecards, and this data feeds into your analytics dashboard.
Analytics can include data from multiple sources:
- Training Scenarios: AI-powered practice sessions
- Live Calls: Real meetings with AI bot scoring
- Imported Transcripts: Call transcripts imported from external sources

Filtering Your Data
Use the filters at the top of the analytics dashboard to focus on specific data:
- Time Range: View data from the last 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months
- Team Members: Filter by individual team members (admins and members)
- Groups: View performance by team or department (admins only)
- Scenarios: Focus on specific training scenarios
- Buyer Journey: Filter by the Buyer Journey the scenario was a part of
Key Charts and Metrics
1. Number of Calls Completed

2. Average Score

3. Number of Calls vs Organization
Compares the training activity of individuals and groups within the organization. You can filter which individuals or groups to display using the multi-select dropdown, and hover over bars to see detailed member statistics for groups.
4. Average Score vs Organization

5. Average Score by Scorecard Assignment
Breaks down performance by specific evaluation criteria from your scorecards. This chart offers three different views:
- Overview: Shows average scores for all scorecard assignments with color-coded bars.
- Progress: Tracks performance for a specific assignment over time with daily or weekly views
- Comparison: Compares how different team members or groups perform on a specific criterion against the organization average
Use the dropdown to select specific criteria and the multi-select filter to focus on particular team members or groups in the comparison view.
