- You prefer manual conversation design
- You need to match exact sales processes or messaging
Best Practices
1. Keep It Realistic
Base your scenarios on real buyer interactions and common situations your team faces.
2. Focus on Learning Objectives
Each scenario should have clear learning goals that align with your training program.
3. Vary the Difficulty
Create scenarios at different difficulty levels to accommodate various skill levels.
4. Include Common Objections
Make sure your scenarios include the objections your team encounters most frequently.
5. Test and Iterate
Regularly review and update your scenarios based on feedback and results.
⚠️ Warning: Avoid creating scenarios that are too complex or unrealistic. Focus on situations your team will actually encounter.
Publishing Your Scenario
Once your scenario is ready:
- Review: Go through the scenario yourself to ensure it flows well
- Test: Have a colleague test the scenario and provide feedback
- Publish: Make it available to your team
- Assign: Assign it to specific groups or individuals
Using Groups for Assignment
Organize your team into groups to make scenario assignment more efficient and targeted. Groups allow you to:
- Bulk Assignments: Assign scenarios to entire groups at once
- Targeted Training: Create different training programs for different groups
- Access Control: Control which groups can access specific scenarios
- Performance Tracking: Analyze performance by group
