Smart Scenarios use Syrenn's AI to automatically generate realistic conversations based on your configuration. This approach provides quick scenario creation with dynamic, AI-powered interactions.

Smart Scenarios leverage artificial intelligence to create engaging training experiences:

Creating a Smart Scenario

Step 1: Navigation

  1. Navigate to the Scenarios section
  2. Click "Create New Scenario"
  3. Select "Smart Scenario" from the dropdown

Step 2: Call Purpose

Select the Call Purpose: The type of call (discovery, cold call, negotiation, etc.) - learn more about Call Purposes →

Step 3: Buyer Persona

Select the AI buyer profile that will interact with your team:

  • Persona Selection: Choose from your created personas
  • Voice Configuration: Set language and gender preferences
  • Personality Traits: Define communication style and disposition

Step 4: Scorecard

Choose the evaluation criteria for measuring performance:

  • Pre-built Scorecards: Use proven sales methodology templates
  • Custom Scorecards: Select criteria tailored to your needs

Step 5: Product

Select what you're selling:

  • Product Selection: Choose from your configured products
  • Product Details: AI uses product information to generate relevant conversations
  • Industry Context: Product selection helps determine appropriate scenarios

Step 6: Objections (Optional)

Include common buyer objections to make training more realistic:

  • Preset Objections: Automatically include relevant objections
  • Custom Objections: Select specific objections to include
  • Objection Timing: AI determines when objections are raised

Step 7: Sales Script (Optional)

Attach a sales script to help the AI generate more accurate and aligned conversations:

  • Import Methods: Upload a file or paste content directly
  • Supported Formats: .txt, .md, .pdf, .docx files
  • AI Analysis: The script is automatically analyzed and used to inform scenario generation
  • Enhanced Accuracy: Scenarios will better reflect your actual sales process and messaging

Importing a Sales Script

You can import your sales script in two ways:

  1. File Upload:

    • Click the "Import Sales Script" button
    • Select the "Import File" tab
    • Drag and drop your file or click to browse
    • Supported formats: .txt, .md, .pdf, .docx

  2. Copy/Paste:

    • Click the "Import Sales Script" button
    • Select the "Copy/Paste" tab
    • Paste your sales script content directly into the text area

💡 Tip: Providing a sales script helps the AI understand your specific sales methodology, key talking points, and preferred language, resulting in scenarios that more closely match your actual sales conversations.

ℹī¸ Note: Legacy .doc files are not supported. Please convert to .docx, .pdf, or .txt format before importing.

Step 8: AI Generation

Once you've configured all attributes:

  1. Review Configuration: Verify all settings are correct
  2. Generate Scenario: Click "Generate" to create the scenario (scenario generation takes about 15 seconds)
  3. AI Processing: Syrenn's AI builds the conversation flow
  4. Scenario Ready: Your scenario is ready for use

Step 9: Customize (Optional)

After generation, you can customize the AI-generated conversation:

  1. Open Conversation Builder: Click the "Conversation Builder" button
  2. Review Generated Flow: Examine the AI-created conversation structure
  3. Make Adjustments: Edit responses, add new paths, or modify conditions
  4. Save Changes: Your customizations are automatically saved
